Hitanshi Jain is an MBA and a Yoga Therapist with Masters of Science in Yoga Therapy and PG Diploma in Yoga and alternate therapies. With more than 10 years of experience in teaching Yoga; she is also personal trainer to the Honourable External Affairs Minister of India, Mrs Sushma Swaraj and has taken Yoga and relaxation session at the European Parliament. Hitanshi’s change of guard from flashy corporate environment of a renowned Ad agency in Mumbai, to a simplicity based lifestyle was triggered, both by the Yoga’s magic that cured her asthma as well as the solace that Yoga provided during those stress filled work environment.
A lively and pleasing persona with a zeal to spread the goodness of Yoga to many others, she co-founded Hith Yoga to help people who juggle and struggle between office and family life. An ardent believer of Yoga and its preaching, she feels that Yoga is the answer to many of the larger problems that our world is facing today. Hitanshi believes in traditional form of Yoga and makes the class interesting by bringing in relevance of the yogic practices to the current scenario.
An alumnus from Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (IIT Bombay). Having worked with various MNCs and Start-ups in business consulting, engineering, retail, incubation space he co-founded Hith Yoga to help people become healthier both physically and mentally.
Yoga Siromani from Sivananda Vendanta Centre, Kerala. He also closely follows learnings from Bihar School of Yoga, Munger and SVYASA, Bangalore. He keeps his classes light, interesting and fun filled. He has special interest in working on people’s mindsets and emotions and thus combines his Hatha Yoga teachings impeccably with meditation practices, which are sometimes self-designed.
Isha has a experience of practicing yoga from 6 years and 4 years experience of teaching yoga to students. She can customise the class as per the students’ needs.
She has completed her 200hr ashtanga teacher training course from Tattva Yogshala, Rishikesh, and from under Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga . Her style specializes with techniques of Iyengar yoga. Her main focus is on body postures and on holding of asana’s with different variations of stretches. enjoy her class and feel the difference.
Neha is a hatha yoga teacher trained in the Satyananda tradition of yoga (Bihar school of yoga). She has been practicing different styles of yoga for close to a decade and has been teaching for a year now. Her classes are holistic and combine asanas, pranayama, mantras and meditation for total well-being.
